Returns and Exchanges
TheDBStore.com will accept merchandise returns for items within 30 days of purchase and issue a refund or replacement at the time the returned merchandise is received at TheDBStore.com headquarters. The item returned must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date on your packing slip. The original packing slip that's enclosed with your shipment must also be included with the return. All merchandise returns will ONLY be accepted by mail. Pending inspection, a refund or replacement will be issued for the items value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All poster or print purchases are non-refundable.

To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order.

At the Checkout the customer is provided an exact shipping cost which takes into account the shipping method, destination, size and weight of the product(s) the customer is purchasing.

Shipping Options
At TheDBStore.com the customer is able to select which shipping method they prefer. TheDBStore.com offers the following shipping methods.

  • UPS 3 Day SelectSM
  • UPS Next Day Air®

At the Checkout the customer is provided an exact shipping cost which takes into consideration the shipping method, destination, size and weight of the product(s) you’re purchasing.

Handling Fee
All orders are subject to a $2.99 handling fee regardless of size, weight and cost of the customer’s order.

Shipping Times
All products currently available in TheDBStore.com’s warehouse will usually ship during the next business day (Monday-Friday) from the time the product was purchased. For all orders where a product is not currently available in TheDBStore.com’s warehouse, the customer will receive an e-mail notifying them when the expected time of delivery will be.

International Shipping
TheDBStore.com does not currently ship anywhere outside of the United States.

Posters and Signs
All “Posters and Signs” will be shipped separately and may take 5-7 business days to arrive.
